I have like a bunch of blogs before this but I guess I’ll start a new one since the way I live my life has pretty much changed since near 1/2 a year ago.
I’ve been working out for quite some time(Started on 8 June 2010). Not very impressive I know.. but I’ve learnt so much during these short couple of months. So much have changed in my life after I started working out that I might as well document this chapter of my life somewhere where I can really look back at.
With what I’ve learnt, I’ll really love to share with those interested to learn as well. It was hard for me because I had completely no knowledge about fitness and diet.. not to mention, no one to help. Thankfully, a friend was willing to help and I learned so much from him and also from other sources.
It’s going to be hard to start but having a place where you can actually read up on what to do or how to help get started will make things easier :)
This blog is going to be all about my life, workout routines and diet etc. So.. enjoy reading.
P.S: I’m following the exercises on this book at the moment.. this book is worth every penny to get. It’s that good.
