Five day workout week schedule
I’m having abit of trouble planning my workouts. I workout twice a day (4 min pre-breakfast workout and whatever my workout is for the day). Not forgetting that I still have to do my NAPFA once a week. So.. where in the world should I place my NAPFA for this week? Today or tomorrow? Definitely not on Saturday or Sunday because those are BF days. Oh well. Mellissa

The Trainer who Shagged Me. (My results)
Finally got to doing it today. Was out the entire day and could only start working out near 8PM. It took me 58:13 to complete the time challenge. I had rest in between when I really couldn’t take it anymore. This is including the time I spent staring at the video to see how it is really done. This is by far the most challenging I have done and I would definitely do it again sometime later...

Bodyrock Basic Stretching/Cool down routine →
I never knew what kind of stretches to really do after a workout and didn’t really think it was important until I read this. My own cool down lasted barely 2 minutes. Chanced upon this when I was surfing Bodyrock website.. Gotta start adding this routine from tomorrow onwards.

Short Update~
I just got a haircut today at Kimage. Cost a bomb + I have really short hair now. Hopefully bf wont kill me. I like it though. Looks freaking awesome. Multi-purpose Chinup Bar
In just two days, I spend near 100 bucks on chinup bars.. not one but two. I guess its never too good to just judge. Did all the measurements and stuff but just couldn’t remember clearly all the features of my door frame. Both are from AIBI Fitness.
