Five day workout week schedule
I’m having abit of trouble planning my workouts. I workout twice a day (4 min pre-breakfast workout and whatever my workout is for the day). Not forgetting that I still have to do my NAPFA once a week. So.. where in the world should I place my NAPFA for this week? Today or tomorrow?
Definitely not on Saturday or Sunday because those are BF days. Oh well.
