(My results)</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Finally got to doing it today. Was out the entire day and could only start working out near 8PM. It took me 58:13 to complete the time challenge. I had rest in between when I really couldn&amp;#8217;t take it anymore. This is including the time I spent staring at the video to see how it is really done.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is by far the most challenging I have done and I would definitely do it again sometime later to compare with my current results. I think the amount of sweat I perspire just now could fill a big bucket. I had fun though. Really intense. &lt;/p&gt;

I&amp;#8217;m rather confused myself. Trust betrayed. Happiness, loved, sadness, excitement, disappointment, confusion, lost, heartache.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;He had the power to instill all these feelings in me. I really don&amp;#8217;t know who to trust anymore when the one closest to you can actually have the heart to do something like this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the end, I ask myself.&lt;/p&gt;

His cheerfulness and happiness influenced me somehow. I was smiling even after reaching home. We spoke about the army, some interesting SG facts and some other random stuff. I just had to mention him because I never really thought that happiness can really be spread just by being cheerful. Hope I&amp;#8217;ll meet him again someday. Thanks uncle! Right now.. I&amp;#8217;m back to having troubles sleeping. &lt;/p&gt;

Healthy Lifestyle</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Thought I&amp;#8217;ll finally bring my lazy ass to writing this like finally. I had it on draft on my old blog since forever. Anyway as indicated in the title.. what is better? Starving yourself to look slim or having a healthy lifestyle. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve been there. I use to starve myself, skip meals and not exercise. Well.. its sort of like the simple way out without all the effort, pain doing exercises and controlling diet. I&amp;#8217;ve come to learn though.. nothing comes free. Weirdly, I&amp;#8217;ve manage to keep at the same weight with or without exercises or a balanced diet. However, there are differences. Not everyone is the same.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;!-- more --&gt;I would happily say that after I started working out and keeping tabs on my diet, I am no longer restless and I am less prone to anger or more like negativity in my life. I have on a overall become a more cheerful person. That&amp;#8217;s not the only change. I also started to look better physically and my strength has grown as well. This makes it easier to go about daily activities. I no longer get tired easily from carrying a heavy bag like I used to.. I can more easily lift stuff that I use to need someone to help me with.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I use to think that everyone has only one life so why be so concern about what to eat? I should just eat whatever the hell I want. Even though for some reason, I can&amp;#8217;t become fat, all I&amp;#8217;ve become from doing that is just being unhealthy, looking and feeling unhealthy even. I had so much negativity in my life during that point of time. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That happens only at times when I&amp;#8217;m not starving myself. During these times, I could be like eating fast food, instant noodles and fried food etc. None of which is beneficial to myself. I know that much but still went ahead because I simply don&amp;#8217;t care. At times I only have 1 meal a day.. the rest of the day I just don&amp;#8217;t eat anything else.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some people go to extreme measures to lose a huge amount of weight in a short period to look slim putting their lives at risk. Just face it.. You&amp;#8217;ll never get a 6 pack or 8 pack abs and look hot just by starving yourself. These are stuff you really need to work for. It&amp;#8217;s not hard. Probably just at the start.. pulling yourself out of the comfort zone you are used to. It could just be a simple 4 minutes HIIT workout and pushing yourself to the maximum. Who says workout have to take 2 hours at the gym?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Doing so will not only bring about positivity in life(emotionally), you&amp;#8217;ll look better and at the same time, become healthier. What more to ask for since so many benefits come with working out. Its takes like less than an hour(for my routine) a day and 4 or 5 days of workout a week to look and feel good permanently.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Start working out and trust me that you&amp;#8217;ll be reaping the benefits pretty soon. :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;P.S: I&amp;#8217;ll be blogging about what HIIT workouts are pretty soon. Once I am not lazy to do so.&lt;/p&gt;

Though as I was running I had the mental image that I was burning away my muscles even though I know that wasn&amp;#8217;t what was really happening lol.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2.4KM didn&amp;#8217;t feel as tiring and it was easier to maintain my breath compared to a month ago. I have not been running for say around a month already. Results was more or less the same considering that I didn&amp;#8217;t run on a stadium track but on a track with like 4500040435 up-slopes and down-slopes. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;!-- more --&gt;My 2.4KM timing is 15:34, Standing Broad Jump is 166cm,Inclined Pull-ups(not done on the actual thing) is 12 pull-ups and 30 sit-ups at 44 secs. Could have been better really but I guess I really do need to be doing the actual stuff instead. This is with comparison to my last actual NAPFA: 30 sit-ups, 18 inclined pull-ups, 189cm standing broad jump, 11.7 shuttle run and 15:34&amp;#160;2.4KM run.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Couldn&amp;#8217;t do my shuttle run timing because there was no one to help me time. &lt;/p&gt;

Cost a bomb + I have really short hair now. Hopefully bf wont kill me. I like it though. Looks freaking awesome. Its so short now that I can style my hair and dump wax on it lol. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thread my eyebrow and upper lips as well.. Spend around 2 hours odd at Yishun before coming back. Today is my NAPFA day.. well self-declared one. I still need to practice so I&amp;#8217;ll be in tip-top condition for army. Just gotten my enlistment date as well. The army called me just when my haircut is done. Enlistment date is on 10th Feb 2011. I still have around 2 months + to slack before I am gonna be a army girl. NO pictures for haircut though. =/&lt;/p&gt;

I guess its never too good to just judge. Did all the measurements and stuff but just couldn&amp;#8217;t remember clearly all the features of my door frame. Both are from AIBI Fitness. One was from the exhibition at Plaza Singapura and the other from Causeway Point.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The first purchase was made just yesterday and gave it away to BF because it did not fit my door frame soo.. lucky BF. Lol.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;!-- more --&gt;The other chinup bar had more functions as shown in the pictures below. However, it&amp;#8217;ll be even more awesome if this bar has more flexibility which allows it to be used as a inclined pullup bar as well. Oh well.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anyway, I went back to get another one from AIBI Fitness. This one is cheaper and cost only 37 bucks. Pretty awesome so far.. my beloved boyfriend help me set it up at my door and taught me how to adjust it etc. ♥ My BF. :D Bad thing about this is that it doesn&amp;#8217;t comes with a instruction manual so figure out yourself. Pretty easy though. This is how it looks at my door now.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The bar can easily be taken out and be changed into a inclined pullup bar just by shifting it lower or be used for doing situps by simply shifting it ever lower. Awesome~&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The reason why I actually got a chinup bar is because I wanted to make it a point to do chinups frequently. Now I&amp;#8217;ve gotten it, there&amp;#8217;s no excuse not to do it anymore. Everytime I walk past my door, I do one chinup.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I actually prefer the 37 bucks chinup bar because it has more flexibility and also because my stupid door has no ledge. I have no complains so far about these chinup bars but time will tell. So far so good.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As you can see in the picture, the GymBoss Interval Timer has 2 separate interval timings for you to set and even allows repeats. It doubles up as a stopwatch as well. Unlike some stopwatches that doesn&amp;#8217;t allow you to switch it off the moment you put in the battery. This enables you to switch it off and on whenever you want. It even switches off by itself after 5 minutes of inactivity(saves battery) if you forget to switch it off. This enforces workout discipline as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It comes in 3 colours: Silver, Black and Pink. Me being me chose pink obviously. Overall, this product is awesome.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Highly recommend this to anyone who is doing HIIT workouts or any kind of workouts where timing is important to keep track of.&lt;/p&gt;
