Delivery was prompt though there is the extra 5 SGD charge for it. I made the purchase the day before and received it the very next day. It is still considerably cheap and has more than 10 extra servings compared to my previous purchase(at the same price even).
Highly recommend to get from NutriFirst. Much cheaper than retail prices. I have only a word to say of their service, awesome.

Thought I’ll finally bring my lazy ass to writing this like finally. I had it on draft on my old blog since forever. Anyway as indicated in the title.. what is better? Starving yourself to look slim or having a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve been there. I use to starve myself, skip meals and not exercise. Well.. its sort of like the simple way out without all the effort, pain doing exercises and controlling diet. I’ve come to learn though.. nothing comes free. Weirdly, I’ve manage to keep at the same weight with or without exercises or a balanced diet. However, there are differences. Not everyone is the same.
Just this morning I was looking at the Ultimate BodyPress Dip Bar again which I am still emoing about because there’s no local retailers that sells it.. and it costs a bomb to ship from a alternate site: Amazon. I was googling to see if there really wasn’t any sellers for that in SG and guess what I found.
